This piece of equipment is used year-around and
integral to our operation. The current mower is showing signs of age and heavy use including failing
gaskets and the need of more frequent repairs.

During the summer it is an essential part of our mower for parks mowing and is out in the field daily. Any
breakdowns or failures of this machine will result in the City falling behind on it’s weekly mowing.

In the winter months, this machine is modified with a cab and broom on it and used to clear ice rinks and
building sidewalks.

Asset Location:
Maintenance and Operations Building
Current Asset Installation Year:
2017
Expected Lifespan for Asset:
9 Years
Page 28
Qbhf!219!pg!472
