Additionally, the City has a Joint <br />Powers Agreement with the County for the purchase and operation of voting systems equipment. <br />Historically, Ramsey County has purchased new voting equipment every 10 years. The cost would then <br />be allocated to all the Joint Powers cities and spread out across several years.
