Any Party may <br />change its address for the service of notice by giving written notice of such change to the <br />other Party, in any manner above specified, 10 days prior to the effective date of such <br />change. <br /> <br />26. Entire Agreement. Unless stated otherwise in this Provision 26, the entire agreement of <br />the Parties is contained in this Agreement and its Exhibits. This Agreement supersedes all <br />prior oral agreements and negotiations between the Parties relating to the subject matter <br />hereof as well as any previous agreements presently in effect between the Parties relating <br />to the subject matter hereof.
