<br />BY-LAWS <br />OF <br />NORTH SUBURBS ACCESS CORPORATION <br /> <br />ARTICLE I <br />NAME <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Name. <br /> <br />The name of the Corporation shall be <br /> <br />North Suburbs Access corporation, a non-profit Minnesota corpora- <br /> <br />tion. <br /> <br />section 2. <br /> <br />Abbreviations. <br /> <br />Whenever it is desirable to <br /> <br />abbreviate the name of the corporation, the initials "NSAC" shall <br /> <br />be considered in every way the equivalent of the legal name of <br /> <br />the Corporation. <br /> <br />ARTICLE II <br />PURPOSE <br /> <br />The purpose of NSAC shall be as provided in Article II of <br /> <br />the Articles of Incorporation. <br /> <br />ARTICLE III <br />OFFICES <br /> <br />section 1. <br /> <br />Registered Office. <br /> <br />The registered office of <br /> <br />NSAC required by the Minnesota Business Corporation Act to be <br /> <br />maintained in the state of Minnesota is as provided and desig- <br /> <br />nated in the Articles of Incorporation. <br /> <br />The Board of Directors <br /> <br />may, from time to time, change the location of the registered <br /> <br />office. <br /> <br />On or before the date that such change is to become <br /> <br />effective, a certificate of such change and of the location and <br /> <br />post office address of the new registered office shall be filed <br /> <br />with the Secretary of State of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Other Offices. NSAC may establish and maintain <br /> <br />such other offices, within the State of Minnesota, as the Board <br />
