We are working <br />City's equity and <br />with paleBLUEdot LLC to engage with the community and <br />inclusion initiatives? <br />develop a plan to mitigate and adapt to the effects of climate <br />change over the next 5-10 years. This plan builds on our <br />Vulnerable Populations Report, Energy Action Plan, and <br />other city planning efforts. The committe is working to bring <br />inputs from residents as much as possible. There has been <br />substantial representation and participation from the <br />community to this effort. There is a need to include more <br />Native American, Asian and African communities and bring <br />their traditional stories on valuing the environment and <br />natural resources.
