As a project manager, I bring a collaborative mindset, strong <br />listening skills, and a commitment to respectful dialogue. I value <br />working across differences and believe that community progress <br />happens when we pair lived experience with thoughtful policy <br />review and accountability. Serving on this commission would <br />enable me to contribute my perspective, learn from others, and <br />help the City of Roseville make decisions that are not only <br />inclusive in intention but also equitable in impact. <br />I bring a combination of professional expertise, community <br />involvement, and lived experience that would be highly beneficial <br />to serving on the Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Commission. <br />Professionally, my background in project management has <br />strengthened my ability to organize complex initiatives, track <br />goals, evaluate outcomes, and collaborate across stakeholders— <br />skills that are essential for reviewing policies and advancing <br />equity-focused recommendations.
