As an entrepreneur, I have supported small business
creation and developed strategies for e-commerce,
empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds to launch
and grow their ventures. My technical experience extends to
software application development and quality assurance,
where I have led teams in developing, testing, and
improving systems to support organizational goals. My work
as an Urban Farm Business Management Instructor at
Central Lakes College involved designing inclusive
educational programs, developing curricula for urban farm
business management, and integrating environmental
considerations into course content. I engaged with
communities to promote sustainable food production and
balanced public health priorities, always striving to reach
underserved populations and foster diversity in participation.

At the University of Minnesota, I served as a Research and
Technology Coordinator, where I mentored students in
green business startups, conducted research on cultural
wisdom related to climate change and public health, and
advised diverse entrepreneurs on launching agro-based
small businesses. These experiences deepened my
understanding of the intersection between environmental
quality and community well-being.

My role as a System Quality Assurance Analyst at Wells
Fargo further strengthened my analytical and collaborative
skills. I managed issue tracking, developed testing
strategies, and coordinated with teams to ensure high
standards of system performance and reliability.

Collectively, these experiences have equipped me with the
skills to contribute meaningfully to advisory commissions
focused on natural resources and diversity, equity, and
inclusion. My leadership in sustainable practices,
commitment to equity, and ability to foster innovative
solutions position me to support initiatives that benefit both
the environment and the diverse communities of Roseville.

The City of Roseville is developing a Climate Equity Action
How do you see your
Plan, which is funded by the Minnesota Pollution Control
lived experiences
Agency's Local Climate Action Planning grant program.
