RCA Attachment 4 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 23rd day February 2026 at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were present: and the following were absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. 12XXX <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED BRENNER VILLAS PLAT (PF26-002). <br />WHEREAS, Cara Builders, LLC, has submitted a valid application for approval of the proposed <br />Minor Plat of the property in the northwestern corner of Brenner Avenue and Chatsworth Street; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the property affected by the proposed Brenner Villas plat is assigned Ramsey <br />County Property Identification Number 02-29-23-22-0001 and is legally described as: <br />Lot 5, Block 2, Anderson-Erickson Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed plat conforms to all applicable requirements of the zoning and <br />subdivision codes; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville held a duly noticed public hearing pertaining <br />to the proposed Brenner Villas plat on February 23, 2026; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />to hereby approve the proposed Brenner Villas plat, based on the public record and City Council <br />deliberation, with the following conditions: <br />a) The applicant shall create the approved storm water BMP which, upon completion, shall <br />be owned and maintained by the City; and <br />b) The applicant shall pay the park dedication fee of $4,250 before the signed mylar plat will <br />be released by the City for recording at Ramsey County. <br />RS160\\1\\899047.v2 <br />Qbhf!53!pg!2:7 <br /> <br />
