This proposal has been prepared in response to your email request on February 3, 2026, <br />and describes our understanding of the project, our anticipated scope of services, our unit rates, <br />and an estimated total fee to perform these services. <br />PROJECT INFORMATION <br />The Cityof Roseville (the City) will be performing a streetand utility improvementsproject during <br />the 2026construction season.Constructionis anticipated to begin in the springand be <br />completed by October 17, 2026. The project area will includesidewalk on the east sideof <br />LexingtonAvenueNorth from Sandhurst Drive to Sherren Street. The project will befunded with <br />a mix of state aid and municipal funds. <br />Plans and Specifications were prepared by the City. We understand Construction Inspection and <br />Contract Management of the project will be performed by the City. <br />GEOTECHNICAL INFORMATION <br />A geotechnical exploration and analysis was performed for this project by Braun Intertec. The <br />results were presented in theirPavement and Geotechnical Evaluation Report, dated February <br />5, 2025 (Braun Project No. B2410777).In the report, the site soil profile is generalized as fill <br />underlain glacial till.
