352 Member Luongo suggested prioritizing concerns related to construction <br />353 impacts, impacts on adjacent homes and businesses, and final design <br />354 considerations. <br />355 <br />356 Mr. Freihammer and Member Luongo discussed the importance of <br />357 multimodal access, traffic studies, and the maintenance center floor plan. <br />358 <br />359 Acting Chair Hodder and Member Fergus inquired about environmental <br />360 considerations, including solar panels, stormwater management, and best <br />361 water practices. <br />362 <br />363 Mr. Freihammer confirmed that solar panels would be relocated to the new <br />364 building and that stormwater management was being considered. <br />365 <br />366 Member Luongo suggested conducting a post -construction traffic study on <br />367 Wood Hill to assess potential changes. <br />368 <br />369 Mr. Freihammer mentioned a current parking study to understand the current <br />370 use of the license center and VFW parking lots. <br />371 <br />372 The importance of incorporating pedestrian and bike access in the final design <br />373 was emphasized. ` <br />374 <br />375 5.
