Roseville Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission <br />Agenda Item <br />DATE: February 24, 2026 ITEM: 4.b. <br />ITEM DESCRIPTION: Climate Equity Action Plan Update <br />Background <br />The City of Roseville received a Local Climate Action Planning grant from the Minnesota Pollution Control <br />Agency in 2025 to develop a Climate Equity Action Plan. Additionally, the development of a Climate Equity <br />Action Plan is a success indicator within the City of Roseville's strategic plan, showing that City <br />infrastructure supports the sustainability goals of the City. Following a competitive RFP process, Roseville <br />retained paleBLUEdot LLC to lead the plan development process. <br />Ted Redmond of paleBLUEdot LLC will provide an update on the plan development and community <br />engagement progress. <br />Recommendation <br />Receive report and provide feedback. <br />Attachments <br />1.
