Roseville Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission <br />Agenda Item <br />DATE: February 24, 2026 ITEM: 4.d. <br />ITEM DESCRIPTION: Civic Campus Project Update <br />Background <br />Staff will give a quick update on the Civic Campus project. <br />Below are notes on Meeting #2 from Commissioner Luongo, who is the PWETC member of the group. <br />Meeting on February 12, 2026 Summary: <br />Reviewed design advancement for overall site. <br />• LPCDS: 1-story building, opportunities to utilize the roof for something in the future, front of building <br />faces shared parking lot with VFW, back side of building (west facade) will have 25 ft offset from <br />property line with landscape buffer. <br />• MOC: Site on NW corner of Lexington Avenue and Woodhill Drive was optimized and can now <br />accommodate an above ground storm pond, looking to provide a visual buffer along Lexington <br />Avenue. <br />• Site: Reviewed parking lot configurations, discussed how number of parking stalls was developed <br />(150), going to follow city code for EV parking requirements. <br />• Opportunities for group comment: Parking lot configurations, potential uses of park space, building <br />aesthetic types, LPCDS west facade window types/coverage, screening types along Lexington <br />Avenue. <br />• Next meeting to be scheduled. <br />Recommendation <br />Receive update. <br />Attachments <br />1.
