The goal of <br />19 plowing streets and critical parking lots full-width within ten hours after snow <br />20 has quit falling remained unchanged. The city did not have a bare pavement <br />21 policy, but it made efforts to maintain adequate traction for motorists. The <br />22 policy included roadside considerations, such as trash receptacles, mailboxes, <br />23 and landscaping, and parking regulations remained unchanged. <br />24 <br />25 Mr. Freihammer discussed adding a maximum time frame for plow drivers <br />26 and for snow plow pilot areas. <br />27 <br />28 Member Brokaw Palalay sought clarification on the winter parking pilot <br />29 project. <br />30 <br />31 Mr. Freihammer explained the pilot areas and the signage's flexibility to <br />32 accommodate parking needs. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />Qbhf!64!pg!263 <br /> <br />
