1 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />2 OF THE <br />3 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />4 * * * * * * * * * * * <br />5 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />nd <br />6 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 2 day of March, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. <br />7 The following members were present:_______________; and the following were absent: <br />8 _______________. <br />9 Member _______________ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />10 RESOLUTION No. <br />11 RESOLUTION APPROVING PUBLICATION OF AN ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br />12 OF ORD No. ______ AMENDING TITLE 4, CHAPTER 404 “NOISE CONTROL”, TO <br />13 EXEMPT CERTAIN PUBLIC PROJECTS FROM RESTRICTIONS AND CLARIFY <br />14 OTHER REQUIREMENTS <br />15 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville, on March 2, 2026, adopted Ordinance <br />16 No. ________; entitled “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 4, CHAPTER 404 “NOISE <br />17 CONTROL”, TO EXEMPT CERTAIN PUBLIC PROJECTS FROM RESTRICTIONS AND <br />18 CLARIFY OTHER REQUIREMENTS”; and <br />19 WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, § 412.191, subd. 4, allows publication by title and summary in <br />20 the case of lengthy ordinances or those containing charts or maps; and <br />21 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the following summary would clearly inform <br />22 the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance and where to obtain a copy of the full text. <br />23 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />24 hereby approves the following summary language as publication of the Ordinance: <br />25 City of Roseville <br />26 SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />27 Ordinance No. ___ <br />28 The following is the official summary of Ordinance No. ___ entitled “AN ORDINANCE <br />29 AMENDING TITLE 4, CHAPTER 404 “NOISE CONTROL”, TO EXEMPT CERTAIN PUBLIC <br />30 PROJECTS FROM RESTRICTIONS AND CLARIFY OTHER REQUIREMENTS”. <br />31 On March 2, 2026, the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted Ordinance <br />32 No. ___.
