Introduction / Roll Call <br />2 Chair Ficek called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m., and at his <br />3 request, Public Works Director Jesse Freihammer called the roll. <br />4 Present: Chair Bryant Ficek, Vice Chair Edwin Hodder, Members Jarrod <br />5 Cicha, and Daniel Fergus. <br />6 Youth Commissioners: Carsten Bauer and Alexis Jendro <br />7 Absent: Members Allison Luongo, Des Mueller, and Katie Brokaw Palalay <br />8 (Excused) Fqlk <br />9 Staff Present: Public Works Director Jesse Freihammer; Sustainability <br />10 Specialist Noelle Bakken, and Environmental Manager <br />11 Ryan Johnson <br />12 2. Approve Agenda <br />13 Motion <br />14 Vice Chair Hodder moved, Member Fergus seconded, approval of the <br />15 February 24, 2026, Agenda as presented. <br />16 Ayes: 4 <br />17 Nays: 0 <br />18 Motion carried. <br />19 3. Public Comments <br />20 Ms. Mindy Erickson, Mid Oaks Lane <br />21 Ms. Erickson, a Roseville resident, urged the Commission not to add Segment 38 <br />22 (the Aldine Street right-of-way) to the Pathway Master Plan when updates resume. <br />23 She noted that the City has already conducted an extensive review, including <br />24 multiple staff memos, surveys, public meetings, and two feasibility studies. <br />25 Previous evaluations found that pathway spacing goals are already met by nearby <br />26 existing paths, the segment ranked very low in priority under the City's criteria, and <br />Page 1 of 18 <br />Page 26 of 43 <br />
