• Staff and Kristin Mroz-Risse from GreenStep Cities began working with a group of University of <br />Minnesota students in the class PA4790— Localizing Sustainability on a project to identify ways <br />sustainability and energy efficiency can be incorporated into HOAs. <br />• Kim ley -Horn has a draft EAW prepared for Willow Pond that is currently going through staff <br />review. The EAW will be submitted to the Environmental Quality Board (EQB) Monitor on <br />March 24, and will also be posted on our website for public comment: <br />www.cityofroseville.com/willowpond. The EAW will be discussed at the May PWET meeting. <br />Maintenance Updates: <br />• Street and Storm <br />o Ongoing street and parking lot winter maintenance. <br />o Third compost turning of 2025 Fall leaves completed. <br />o Assist with water main breaks. <br />o Annual tree trimming completed <br />o Ongoing storm sewer and sign maintenance. <br />o Storm FES trimming and inspections. <br />o Respondingto callouts for maintenance. <br />• Water and Sanitary Sewer <br />o Continued inspections for water service line inventory. <br />o St. Croix storm lift station metal repairs. Continued locates, weekly lift station <br />inspections/repairs, collection of water samples. <br />o Respond to and repairwater main breaks, water gate valves and sewer backups. <br />Council Updates: <br />• Below is a highlight of items recently presented to and/or acted on bythe City Council.
