On <br />March 9, 2026 the following violation(s) were observed at the above-referenced property address: <br /> <br />Violation Code Section Penalty <br />5 unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicles stored outside (x5)407.02 G, 407.04 D$1000.00 <br /> <br />Payment: A payment must be submitted within seven (7) days of this notice date. A check payment may <br />be delivered in person or mailed to the City of Roseville, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, MN 55113. <br />Payment may also be made over the phone or in person with a credit card by calling (651) 792-7080. <br />Payment of the Administrative Citation acknowledges a violation of City Code. If the Administrative <br />Citation is unpaid, all charges may be assessed against the property pursuant to City Code Section <br />102.01.C.8 and Minnesota Statute 429.101. <br /> <br />Notice Contestation and Hearing: <br />Any person contesting an administrative offense may, within seven (7) days of the time of issuance of the <br />notice, request, in writing, a hearing. The Hearing Officer shall forthwith conduct an informal hearing to <br />determine if a violation has occurred. The Hearing Officer shall have the authority to dismiss the violation <br />or reduce or waive the penalty. If the violation is sustained by the Hearing Officer, the violator shall pay <br />the penalty imposed (City Code Section 102.01.C.5). The City Manager shall be the hearing officer (City <br />Code Section 102.01.C.6). <br />Continued Compliance: The payment of the penalty does not release the property owner from the <br />responsibility of maintaining the property in compliance with City Code.
