<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City <br />Hall in said City on Monday, the twenty-fifth day of June, 1990, at <br />7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, <br />and Rag, <br />and the fOllowing were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson Johnson <br />resolution: <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption of the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8585 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. RW-P-90-16 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Lincoln Drive from Terrace Drive to <br />County Road C-2 and County Road C-2 from Lincoln Drive to Snelling <br />Avenue by installation of a new roadway including grading, base, <br />concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paving, and necessary appurtenances <br />including utility installations and modifications and construction of <br />necessary storm drainage facilities and to assess benefiting properties <br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the Public Works Director <br />and the city's consulting engineer, Short, Elliott, Hendrickson for <br />study, and they are to instructed to report to the council with all <br />convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether <br />the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilperson Rag and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, <br />and Rog, <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
