EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the twenty-fifth day of June, 1990, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, and Rag, and the fOllowing were absent: None. Councilperson Johnson resolution: introduced and moved the adoption of the following RESOLUTION NO. 8585 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. RW-P-90-16 WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Lincoln Drive from Terrace Drive to County Road C-2 and County Road C-2 from Lincoln Drive to Snelling Avenue by installation of a new roadway including grading, base, concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paving, and necessary appurtenances including utility installations and modifications and construction of necessary storm drainage facilities and to assess benefiting properties for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvement be referred to the Public Works Director and the city's consulting engineer, Short, Elliott, Hendrickson for study, and they are to instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson Rag and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
