<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
<br />OF CITY COUNCIL
<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE
<br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
<br />
<br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota,
<br />was held in the City Hall on the twenty-third day of July, 1990, at
<br />7:30 o'clock p.m.
<br />
<br />The following members were present: Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, Thomas,
<br />and Rog and the following were absent:
<br />
<br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed 1990 assessment
<br />roll for the following projects:
<br />
<br />P-ST-87-12, P-ST-87-17, P-89-02 #5, P-89-02 #7,
<br />P-89-02 #8, P-89-02 #64, P-89-02 #67, P-89-03,
<br />P-89-04, M-P-89-07, M-89-08, ST-89-09, P-89-10,
<br />UL-89-11, P-SS-W-89-13, ST-89-15, and ST-89-19
<br />
<br />prepared by him with the assistance of the City Public Works Director as
<br />directed by the Council on and reported that the assessment roll is now
<br />on file in his office and open to public inspection.
<br />
<br />Councilmember Johnson then introduced the following Resolution and
<br />moved its adoption:

<br />RESOLUTION NO. 8589
<br />
<br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED SPECIAL
<br />ASSESSMENT ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR HEARING
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, that the
<br />proposed 1990 assessment roll for the following projects:
<br />
<br />P-ST-87-12, P-ST-87-17, P-89-02 #5, P-89-02 #7,
<br />P-89-02 #8, P-89-02 #64, P-89-02 #67, P-89-03,
<br />P-89-04, M-P-89-07, M-89-08, ST-89-09, P-89-10,
<br />UL-89-11, P-SS-W-89-13, ST-89-15, and ST-89-19
<br />
<br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City
<br />Manager is approved, and the Manager is directed to publish and mail
<br />notice that the Council will meet to consider the proposed assessments
<br />on August 21, 1990, at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in the
<br />City of Roseville at 7:00 o'clock p.m.
<br />
<br />The notices shall state the date, time, and place of the meeting, the
<br />general nature of said improvement, the area proposed to be assessed,
<br />the total amount of the proposed assessment, that the proposed
<br />assessment roll is on file with the Manager, that written or oral
<br />objections thereto by any property owner will be considered, and shall
<br />contain such other provisions as may be required by law. The first
<br />installment will be payable with interest at the rate of 8.5 percent per
