<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the twenty- <br />third day of July, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and Rog <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Cushman. <br /> <br />councilperson Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8590 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONTINUING PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NUMBER RW-P-90-16 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted the ninth day of July, <br />1990, fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of <br />Lincoln Drive from Terrace Drive to County Road C-2 and County Road C-2 <br />from Terrace Drive to Snelling Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the <br />hearing was given, and the hearing was held theron on the twenty-third <br />day of July, 1990, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given <br />and opportunity to be heard thereon, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />Such improvement hearing be continued to August 13, 1990, and mailed <br />notices be sent to affected property owners regarding the continuation <br />of the hearing. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilperson Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and Rog <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
