EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 23rd day of July, 1990, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and Rog, and the following were absent: Cushman. Member Maschka introduced the attached resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8591 Resolution giving preliminary approval to a project on behalf of the Long Term Care Foundation and its financing under the Minnesota Municipal Industrial Development Act; referring the proposal to the Minnesota Department of Trade and Economic Development for approval; and authorizing the preparation of necessary documents The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Thomas, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
