<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 23rd day of July, 1990, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and <br />Rog, and the following were absent: Cushman. <br /> <br />Member Johnson introduced the attached resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8592 <br /> <br />Resolution relating to a project on behalf of the Long Term <br />Care Foundation under the Minneapolis Industrial Development <br />Act, approving a Joint Powers Agreement relating to the <br />issuance of bonds by the City be adopted, and authorizing the <br />execution of documents. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Maschka, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />fOllowing voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and Rog, <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified city Manager of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify <br />that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of <br />minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 23rd day <br />of July, 1990, with the original thereof on file in my office. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND officially as such Manager this 24th day of July, <br />1990. <br /> <br />ste~y~ger <br /> <br />SEAL <br />
