VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular meeting of the Village Council, Tuesday, October 18, 1960 8:00 P.M. The Village Council met ~n the above date with the following members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Carlson, Flanagan, Keene and Shields. Attorney Loftsgaarden and Engineer Soutter were also present. arlson Moved, Keene Seconded, that the minutes of October 11, 1960, be approved as corrected Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) MINUTES The following motion should be added to the minutes of October 11. Shields Moved, Carlson Seconded, that the minutes of October 4, 1960, be approved as corrected. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Mr. Harvey Trittipo, 2727 Virginia, appeared to thank the Council VIRGINIA AVENUE for the action taken by them in the improvement of Virginia Avenue. Mr. Robert Munson, 2774 Lakeview appeared reporting on the progress LAKEVIEW SEWER being made on obtaining easements for Sanitary Sewer. Three have now signed the easements, but four have not and want assurance that they will not be assessed twice. Shields Moved, Keene Seconded, that the Lakeview Sewer matter be referred to the attorney and that he report back October 25, 1960. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Mr. Peter Vavlois 2034 N. Cleveland, submitted a preliminary plat. Shields Moved, Carlson Seconded, that the Vavlois Preliminary Plat be referred to the Planning Commission for their November 2 meeting. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). VAVLOIS PRE PLAT Mr. W. A. Mueller appeared to ask that he be permitted to burn the fill that has now accumulated on his property and said that he will no longer be bringing in fill that requires burning. MUELLER BURNING Shields Moved, Flanagan Seconded, that Mr. Mueller be allowed to burn the fill on his property, and that the Fire Marshall be notified before the burning is to take place and that it be done under his control, and that a copy of this motion be given to the Fire Marshall. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Shields Moved, Carlson Seconded, that the Kroiss Westwood Addition l?inal Plat #3 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). KROISS WESTWOOD Shi.elds Moved, Keene Seconded, that the Bossard Addition Final Plat #3 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (O)~ BOSSARD ADDITION Carlson Moved, Keene Seconded, that the agreement for construction of sanitary sewer between Rose Realty, owners of land known as the Ed Bossard Addition Plat #3, and the Village of Roseville be accepted. ~oll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
