<br />Regular meeting of the Village Council, Tuesday, October 25, 1960.

<br />The Village Council met en the above date with the following members
<br />present: Mayor Cedarholm, Carlson, Keene and Shields. Attorney
<br />Loftsgaarden and Engineer Soutter were also present. Flanagan was
<br />absent.

<br />Keene Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting MINUTES
<br />;jf October 18, 1960, be approved as submitted. Roll Call, Ayes (4),
<br />Nays (0).
<br />
<br />)J!.r. Warner of the Minnesota Industrial Commission addressed the Council MINN. INDUSTRIAL COMM.
<br />concerning safety operation in sewer connection ditches, and was advised
<br />the proper procedure in filing a complaint.
<br />
<br />Shields Noved, Carlson Seconded, that the Clerk be authorized to open OPENING OF BIDS
<br />bids for phases 3, 4 and 5 of Storm Drainage to Halsh Lake. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (II) - Nays (0).
