<br />Regular meeting of the Village Council, Tuesday, November 1, 1960.

<br />~-e Village Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />_ asent: Mayor Cedarholm, Carlson, Flanagan, Keene and Shields. Attorney
<br />Loftsgaarden and Engineer Soutter were also present.
<br />
<br />Keene Moved, Carlson Seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting MINUTES
<br />of October 25, 1960, be approved as presented. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Mr. John Daubney, appeared for Mr. George Reiling, submitting a REILING REZONING
<br />letter withdrawing the Reiling petition for rezoning of the E. 400
<br />feet of the SEi of Section 3, Township 29, Range 23, except the S823
<br />feet thereof from R-l Residence to Shopping Center Business District.
<br />Carlson Moved, Shields Seconded, that the petition for rezoning be
<br />withdrawn. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Mr. George Lindgren, 1728 Oakcrest, appeared to ask that the Village JAMES FOURTH ADDITION
<br />clean out the ditches in Block 16, James Fourth Addition. Flanagan DITCHES
<br />Moved, Shields Seconded, that the matter be referred to the Village
<br />Engineer to have the ditches and culverts cleaned out, .and that he
<br />'eport back November 9, 1960. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Carlson Moved, Keene Seconded, that the recommendation of the Planning MATKAITI REZONING
<br />Commission be followed and that the Matkaiti petition of rezoning from
<br />R-I to R-3 of the South 603 feet of the West 368.3 feet of the ~ of
<br />the SW~ of Sec. 12, Twn 29N, Range 23W, excepting the South 303 feet of
<br />the West 178 feet thereof, and subject to County Road B and Dale Street,
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Carlson Moved, Keene Seconded, that the Council concur with the ALTMAN SPECIAL PERMITS
<br />Planning Commission and that a special permit be granted to Milton
<br />Al tman for construction of an apartment to be located on the southerly
<br />one hundred forty-nine feet of the southerly two hundred ninety-eight
<br />feet of the northerly three hundred seventy-three feet of the westerly
<br />one-half of lot eleven of Auditorts Subdivision No. 46, Ramsey County,
<br />Minnesota. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
<br />Shields Moved, Keene Seconded, that the special permit regarding the
<br />l- .Il.ght of the above described apartment b~ granted. Roll Call, Ayes (5)-
<br />J'S (0).

<br />Carlson Moved, Keene Seconded, that the Council concur with the BARAC SPECIAL PERMrTS
<br />Planning Commission and that a special permit be granted to Alexander
<br />M. Barac.for construction of an apartment to be located on the northerly
<br />one hundred forty-nine feet of the southerly two hundred ninety-eight
<br />feet of the northerly three hundred seventy-three feet of the westerly
<br />one-half of lot eleven of Auditorts Subdivision No. 46, Ramsey County,
<br />'irmesota. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0)
