<br />The Vil~ge Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />presents Acting May'or Shields, Trustees F;Lana~an, McGee, and Reinecke
<br />present. Engineer Soutter and Temporary Attorney Bell were also present~
<br />
<br />The minutes Here corrected as follows: On Page 3, under Shoreview, Roll
<br />....all should read Ayes (4) - Na.ys (1) ~ McGee abstained. On Page 3, UI"rler
<br />Shorcview, it should read "the terms of the letter". On Page 3, under
<br />Treo.c:ury Bills, it should read l1invest 300,000 in Treasury Bills, for
<br />:]("::cr ,.: lM, retirement". On Page 2, under Law Books, the motion should
<br />re,H.J. Itthe village be authoriz;ed to purchase" On Page 2, under Easements,
<br />it should read" checks for the Easements l51Q, 1503, l~lln. On Pages 1,
<br />2, and 3, Roll Calls should all read Ayes (5J, except under Shoreview.

<br />to be used for appraising the sit~s recommended by the Recreation Board, PARK SITES
<br />for Park and Playground acquisition, at a maximum cost of 20.00 per si,te,
<br />with the r art on the sites to be presented to the Council at the Council
<br />Meeting of 8b-uary 17, 1961. Flanagan Seconded. Roll Oall, Ayes (3) - Nays
<br />(I).

<br />Flanagan Moved, Reinecke Seconded, that the Village Attorney be authorized
<br />to report to the Council atthe Council Meeting of February 3, 1961, the
<br />r':';1uirements of holding an election in April of 1961 on the 650,OOQ bond
<br />ifccoue. Roll Call1., Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />McGee Moved, Reinecke Seconded, that the Fairview Heights Plat No.4,
<br />located approximately at Fairview and Millwood, be approved, subject to
<br />the receipt by the Village of the statement showing the taxes paid for
<br />1960, andthe Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the plat, after the
<br />conditions have been complied with. Roll Call, Ayes (4) .... Nays (0).
<br />
<br />The agreement between the 11innesota Transfer Railway Company and the
<br />Village of Roseville will be continued until the Council Meeting of
<br />February 3, 1961.
