<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, Friday, February 3, 1961

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with t he following members
<br />present:: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Flanagan, McGee, Reinecke, and
<br />Shields were present. Engineer Soutter and Attorney Bell were also
<br />present.
<br />
<br />The minutes were corrected as :fbllows~ On page 4, paragraph 2, Water
<br />Testing, the motion should read Reinecke l-foved. On page 1, paragraph
<br />5, Park Sites, the motion should read Nays Cl) Shields voted Nay. On
<br />pag~ the motion Bond Issue Referendum should precede the motion
<br />Park Sites '.

<br />Shields Moved, Reinecke Secon4ed, that the minutes be accepted as
<br />corrected. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Shields Moved, Flanagan Seconded, that the Olerk be authorized to
<br />open the bids for Police Cars. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0)
<br />
<br />Shields Moved that the bids for Police Cars be referred to the
<br />Engineering Department and the Police Department for tabulation,
<br />and that they should report back to ihe Counci1 at the Council
<br />Meeting of February 10, 1961. Flanagan Seconded., Roll Call, Aye-s

<br />Shields Moved, Reinecke Seconded, that the Lametti request for
<br />specinl permit in I 1 Zone for an office and storage plaoe for
<br />their equipment be referred to the Planning Commission for their.
<br />February 21st Mt eting and their report and reoomm.endation to the
<br />Council Meeting on February 24, 1961. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays

<br />Sh~lds Moved, Reinecke Seconded, that a Public Hearing be set up
<br />for a variance in the ordinance, due to hardship, for Lot 4, Block
<br />4, Mid Oaks Plat, on February- 24, 1961. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays
<br />(0)

<br />'Flanagan Moved, McGee Seconded, that the Planning Commission be
<br />authorized to set up Public Hearings for the Street Name Change
<br />proposals. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Shields Moved, Flanagan Seconde~, that the Village Council meet
<br />February 7, 1961 at 7t.OO P. M. with the Fiscal Agent, the Village
<br />Engineer, and the VilJ1a.ge Attorney, to discuss the water problem.
