<br />McGee Moved, Reinecke Seconded that the Village Engineer be
<br />instructed to write Mr. B.L. Gage asking him to correct the drair~ge
<br />problem on the Jernberg property located on the north side of the
<br />Sharondale Addition so that water coming from 'the North of that property
<br />drains to the West rather than onto the propert,y. Roll Call, Ayes (4)

<br />P:i.ckhartz Addition, l.ocated between Oxford and Lexingt.on, south

<br />Flanagan Moved, McGee Seconded, that. the Clerk be authorized to send DEJlJl POINT
<br />a letter to tile County Board advising them that the question of
<br />developing the Dean Point on the South Shore of Lake McCul"ons into a
<br />Park, came up again at the Council neeting of April 7, 1961. The County
<br />Board should be reminded that their past action was, in lieu of the
<br />development of the point proper was to acquire 116 ~eet of shore adjacent
<br />to the point. R.emind them that the utility of this 176 feet in its
<br />present state is very questionable.. Request that the board consider
<br />applying any funds that would hcve to go into the deyelopment of this strip,
<br />to developing the area on the nartin..rest corner of McCarr-ons Lake being
<br />considered for a park site :1Y the Vi.llage of Roseville in their current
