KRANNAK - VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT entered into between S. J. KRANNAK, first party <br />and the VILLAGE OF ROSEVILIE, a Municipal corporation, second party, <br />as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />For good and valuable consideration including amongst other <br />things the approval of certain plans for development of property owned <br />by first party and the covenants and agreements herein, the parties do <br />agree as follows~ <br /> <br />1. First party agrees to construct or cause to be constructed <br />all site improvements West of the center line of Dunlap Street shown on <br />the amended plan, which plan has been 1ni tialed to identify the same by <br />the partie s and which plan is made a part hereof by reference, said <br />improvements described in the plan as follows: <br /> <br />a. A forty-foot buffer zone along Dunlap Street north from <br />Dione and as shown on said plan to be improved lvith an eight-foot, <br />seventy-five per cent or more opaque, redwood fence, sodded and two- <br />inch maple trees as indicated, plus any other landscaping prescribed by <br />second party. <br /> <br />b" Install curb and boulevard along Dunlap north 0 f Dione and <br />along Fer:rnvood. <br /> <br />c. Install curb and boulevard along LarpenteUI'. <br /> <br />dot All boulevards to be sodded, with two-inch maples where <br />indicated. <br /> <br />e~ Install fifteen foot average width of planted area along <br />Fer:rnvood with sod and bra-inch maple trees as indicated. <br /> <br />f.
