Roll Call, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (O)~ <br /> <br />Reinecke Moved, Flanagan Seconded that the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commis sion be followed on the vacation of Brenner Avenue from <br />the East line of Lexington Avenue to the West line of Churchill Street, <br />and that the Village Attorney and the Village Engineer be authorized to <br />draw up a resolution vacating said section of Brenner Avenue. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Hr G Haro ld Halsey, owner of the Goofy Golf concession appeared before <br />the Council and requested that his hours of operation be extended to <br />permit him to remain open until 11:00 P.M. through Labor Day. The <br />Council refused his request. <br /> <br />A group of residents appeared before the Council, requesting extension <br />of Skillman Avenue from Lexington to Victoria. The Council requested <br />that, the matter be taken up with the Planning Consultant and the <br />Village Engineer. <br /> <br />Flariagan Moved, Reinecke Seconded that the Village Attorney be <br />authorized to draw up a contract between the Village and Joseph Vitale, <br />authorizing connection of the Venetian Inn to the Roseville Sanitary <br />Sewer system subject to the conditions stated in the report of the <br />Vi.llage Engineer dated Ju~ 12, 1961, and that the sewer connection <br />chage be $750.00 instead of $250.00, and that the total connection fee <br />be $2,500 instead of $2000.00.
