Roll Call, Ayes (h) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Reinecke Hoved, McGee Seconded that the public hearing on the re- <br />location permit requested by Oliver Kuivinen for movement of his <br />house from the site of the proposed Spartan Center to Lot 13, Block 5, <br />Porte Park Addition, be set for August 25, 1961, and that an ownership <br />report be obtained establishing that the names and addresses of the <br />signers of the required petition are in fact 50% of the landowners <br />within 250 feet of the proposed relocation site. Thomas Mo McDougall of 2130 Fairways Lane presented a petition <br />containing 71 signatures from residents of an area bounded roughly <br />by Highway 36 to the North, County Road B to the South, Fairview <br />Avenue to the East and the Village Limits to the West, for inclusion <br />in Public Water Improvement No.2. <br /> <br />Reinecke Moved, Flanagan Seconded that the petition be referred to the <br />Village Attorney, Village Engineer and Village Clerk for proper action <br />and report back to the Village Council by August 4, 1961.
