-6- RESOLUTION NO. 466 STREET IMPROVEMENT NO.l- RESOLUTION #466 (CONT'D. ) RESOLUTION APPROVING PLfuTlJS AND SPECIFICA'lrrONS AND ORl1ERING ADVERTISEHENT FOR BIDS FOR CONCRETE CURBING AND GUTTERS FOR STREET ll1PROVEMENT NO. 1 vnmREAS, pursuant to resolution previously passed by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, the Village Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of Arthur P.a~e, being Street Improvement No.1, and has ples.mted plans and specifications for a portion of said improvement, relating to concrete curbing and gutters, to the Council for approval; NO'iJ THER,~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. Such plans and specifications relating to said concrete curbing and gutters, being made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper of the Village, and in Construction Bulletin, an advertise- ment for bids upon the making of such improvement, under such plans and specifications, and which shall provide, according to said plans and specifications, for approximately 750 feet of concrete curbing and gutters on the "lvest side of Arthur Place in said improvement. The advertisement shall be published according to law, and it shall specify the work to be done and shall state that the bids will be received by the Village Clerk until l+~oO o'clock P.M. on August 25, 1961, at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the Village Hal] 'w the Village Clerk and Engineer; will then be tabulated, and wi: 1 be considered by the Council at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on August 25, 1961 in the Council Chambers, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond, or certified check, payable to the Village for 10% of the amount of such bid. The bid form shall be in substantially the following form: ADVERTISEHENT FOR BIDS Village of Roseville Concrete Curbing and Gutters Street Improvement No. 1 The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, MiTh~esota, will receive bids in the office of the Village Clerk until 4:00 o'clock P.M., August 25, 1961, at which time they will be publicly opened by the Village Clerk and Engineer, will then be tabulated, and will then sub- sequently be considered by the Village Council at 8~00 o'clock P.M. on August 25, 1961 in the Council Chambers, for the purpose of making a portion of the following described local improvement under M.S. Chap. 429, as amended. The construction and improvement of Arthur Place for the installation of appr01 imately 750 Feet of con( rete curbing
