Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (O)~ RESOLUTION NO. 471 WHEREAS a certain petition has been received requesting the improvement of the following described t.e:rritory= Beginning at a point at the intersection of the extended N line of McCarron's Addition and the centerline of Western Avenue, being a distance of 400 ' S of the NE corner of the NWt of Sec. 13, T. 29, R. 23. Thence, W along the N line of said McCarron's Addition a dis~ance of 974.5 ft., thence NLY a distance of 200 ft., thence :~Y 260 ft., thence SLY 200 ft. to the N line of said McCarron's Addition, thence W along said N line to the NW corner of McCarron's Addition, thence SLY and SELY along WLY line of Blk 5 of said plat to center~~ne of N. That the petition be referred to the Vil;Lage ClerJ:c of the Village of Roseville for purposes of examining, checking the same to see whether the same be in proper form and whether the same be signed by the required ntll'nber of owners of pro:perty affected by the making of the improvement petitioned for. 2.
