VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the Village Councils Friday., September 19 1961. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Flanagan, Reinecke, McGee and Shields. Attorney Bell, Engineer Soutter and Village Clerk Turnlund were also present. Flanagan Moved, Reinecke Seconded that the Minutes of the Council Meeting of August 25s 1961 be accepted as corrected. Roll Calls Ayes (5) - Nays (0). On Page 1, under Police Civil Service Commissions> the spelling of the Trustee is name who moved the motion should be Reinecke. On Page 5, under Cleanliness of Shopping Centers, the Roll Call should be Aye s (4) - Nays (0). On Page 5, immediately following Sunday Closing Ordinance, mention should be made that Trustee James Shields left because of illness and, therefore, all succeeding Roll Calls should be Ayes (4) - Nays (0). On Page 15, under Adjournment, the motion should read Reinecke Seconded.. Shields Moved, Flanagan Seconded that the request for rezoning of property owned by Mr. Goo:r.ge J 0 Rei1i~, located on Lexington and County Road C be continued until October 6, 1961. Roll Call, Ayes (5)- Nays (0). Shields Moved, Reinecke Seconded that the final plat for the Kalin Addition located on Western Avenue between Owasso Boulevard and County Road C2 be accepted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Reinecke Moved, McGee Seconded that a resolution be drawn up vacating portions of Dionne street between Lexington and Lindy Street,~ with the following legal description~ All that part of Dionne Street lying between the Westerly line of Lexington Avenue and the Easterly line of Lot Fourteen (14)9 Block Two (2)9 Lexington Heights, extended southerly, and the northern one=half (1/2) of that part of Dionne Street lying between the easterly and westerly lines of said Lot 14 extended southerly.
