VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Special Meeting of the Village Council, Friday, September 15, 1961. The Village Council met on the aoove date with the follmiing members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Flanagan and Reinecke. Engineer Sautter and Village Clerk Turnlund were also present. Reinecke Moved, Flanagan Seconded that Resolution No. 486 providing for Hearing on Assessments ~or Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 3 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). RESOLUTION NO. 486 RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOH HEARING ON ASSESSl1ENTS FOR SANITAi1Y SEiJJER TI1PROVEME:NT NO. 3 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: 1. The assessment roll heretofore prepared by the Clerk and engineers for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.3, which is now on file in the office of the Village Clerk, is hereby approved as the pro- nosed assessment fo 1" said improvement, and this Council shall meet at the time and place indicated in the notice set forth in Paragraph 2 hereof for the purpose of passing upon the individual assessments set forth in said roll and hearL~g all objections thereto. 2. The Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of said meeting to be published in the Rose Tribune, the official newspaper of the Village, at least two (2) weeks before the date of the meeting, which notice shall be in substantially the following form: NOTICE OF HEl\.RING ON ASSESSNENTS FOR SANITAl1Y SKvJER I11PROVEI'1ENT NO. 3 VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota will meet in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall in said Village on Saturday, October 7, 1961 at 10:00 o'clock A.M. to hear, consider and pass upon any and all written or oral objections which may be offered with respect to the proposed special assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.3. The proposed assessment roll is now on file and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office of the Village Clerk. The entire amount assessed against .., . each parcel of land will be payable, unless prepaid, in twenty (20) equal consecutive annual installments, the first of such installments to be payable with general taxes for the year 1961, collectible with such taxes during the year' 1962. Tho first installment will be payable with interest at the rate of fhe~rcent (5%) per annum on the entire 12:00 PoH.
