VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the Village Council, Friday, September 22, 1961. The Village Council met on the above date with the follm'ifing members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Flanagan, Reinecke, McGee and Shields. Attorney Bell, Engineer Sautter and Village Clerk Turnlund were also present. Shields Moved, Reinecke Seconded that the Minutes of the Council Heeting of September 8, 1961 be accepted as correctecl. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays CO). On Page 2, under Pickhartz Sewer Agreement, the Roll Call should be Ayes (4) - Nays CO). On Pafe 9, under Letter to Verne Heyne, the motion should read - that the Village Attorney be . . . . in the 1,n'1sui t of Kruse vs. Heyne and Tretter . 0 0 . and furthermore that in the future the Village may withdraw from the defense of Hr. Heyne. On Page 11, under S. J. Krannak Water Connection, the Roll Call should be - Ayes (4) - Nays CO). On Page 11, under Adjournment, the Roll Call should be - Ayes (4) - Nays CO). Reinecke Moved, Shields Seconded that the Minutes of the Special Heeting of September 13, 1961 be accepted as presented. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Flanagan IvIoved, Reinecke Seconded that the Minutes of the Special Meeting of September 15, 1961 be accepted as corrected. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).. On Page 5, under Adjournment, the Roll Call should be - Ayes (3) - Nays (0) to Shields lYIoved, Reinecke Seconded that the letter of Police Chief Ray Goneau, dated September 22, 1961, regarding Police Officers Thomas Scnul tz and Robert Ramsey" be referred to the Village Clerk. Shields Moved, Flanagan Secc,nJ.ed that a variance to the zoning ordinance permitting Mr. Donald A. Pollock to build a house on a lot conveyed by a metes and bounds description after Hay 8, 1956 and being 2t acres and 150 feet in width, located near the intersection of Western Avenue and Highway 36 be approved.
