The Village Council met on the a1::ove date with the follmving members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Flanagan, Reinecke and Shields. Village Clerk Turnlund was also present. Trustee McGee arrived at the meeting at 7:10 P.M. Reinecke }'Ioved, Flanagan Seconded that Ordinance No. 340 regarding a sewer agreemEn t ,,,ith the Village of Shoreview be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Reineclre Moved, Shields Seconded that a draft be issued to Norman C. Horton, Lucille T. Horton and the 1.:Jestern State Bank of st. Paul, a Minnesota corporation, in the amount of $3000 in payment of a condemnation award, and that the Village Attorney be authorized to enter into a stipulation waiving the time fo r appeal of the con- demnation award, in regard to Easement No. 1706. Roll Call, Ayes (5)- Nay s (0). Reinecke Moved, Shields Seconded that the Commissioners - Frank L. NoJes, John J. Kenna and William J. .Dunn all be paid $280 each as commissioners in the condemnation award on Easement No. 1706. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). 7:00 P.H.
