VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Heeting of the Village Council, Friday, October 6, 1961. The Village Counci 1 met on the above date wi th the following members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Flanagan, Reinecke, McGee and Shields" Attorney Bell, Engineer Soutter and Village Clerk Turnlund were also present. Flanagan 1'loved, McGee Seconded that the J.VIinutes of the Council Neeting of September 22, 1961 be accepted as corrected. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). On Page 1, under Thomas Schultz cm:i Robert Ramsey, the Roll Call should be - Ayes (4) - Nays (1). McGee Voting Nay. On Page 6, under Final Payment-Walsh Lake storm Drainage Project, the Roll Call should be - Ayes (4) - Nays (1) - McGee Voting Nay. Shields IVloved, l1cGee Seconded tl1at the l'1inutes of the Special J.Vleeting of the Village Council of September 26, 1961 be accepted as presented. Reiling, the public hearing on the request for rp.zoning of property located at County Road C and Lexington Avenue from Rl Rl to SC be continued until the meeting of October 13, 1961. HothschUd Corr.g:>any, the public hearing on the request of H. & Val J. Rothschi1d Company for rezoning of property located at Hamline and Judith Avenues from R1 to R2 and R3 be continued until November 10, 1961. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Reinecke HoV'ed, Flanagan Seconded that the Greenfield Land Company's request to construc:t a service station at the Southe"".st corner of Lexington and County Road B be approved, subject to too condi tions as set forth in the letter from the Planning Commission to the Vill,s.ge Council dated October 6, 1961, and subject to the condition tl1at the Greenfield Land Company put in a sideirialk and curb; and that the variances requested be granted. Shields Hoved, Reinecke Seconded that the recommendation of the Building Inspector be followed, and that the request by Frank Sigmundik '.t 700 Belmont Lane for a 2 foot sideyard setback be denied.
