VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE RegulctI' Heeting of the Village Council, Friday, October 13, 1961. The Village Council met on the above date with the follmving members present,: Hayor Cedarholm, Trustees Flanagan, Reinecke and lYIcGee. Trustee Shields was absent. Reinecke Moved, McGee Seconded that the Minutes be accepted as pre- sented. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). McGee Moved, Flanagan Seconded that the Mardby, Incoly'ora~ed Variance be continued until the meeting of October 27, 1961, and in the interim, the Village Engineer and Village Attorney work out a solution to the drainage problem. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Reinecke Moved, McGee Seconded that the public hearing on the request for rezoning by George J. Reiling on the property located at County Road C and Lexington from Rl to R2 and Rl to SC be continued until October 27, 1961 and, in the interim, the Village Attorney draw up the necessary ordinance and Council motion. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Neys (0). Flanagan Moved, Reinecke Seconded that the Myron Erickson Variance at 2930 Albert for a five foot setback be allowed because other homes in the area have a five foot setback,and to build within the ordinance would cause an undue hardship. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). lvIcGee IVIoved, Reinecke Seconded that as per the request of the Planning Commission) the Century Fence Company be required to furnish the information outlined in the letter from the Planning Commission to the Planning Commission for its meeting of November 1, 1961. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Reinecke Moved, Flanagan Seconded that the Lathrop request for Variance for a five foot sideyard setback on property at 1911 Ryan be allowed due to the fact that the ordinance requirement of a ten foot sideyard setback would cause an undue hardship. Roll C811~ Ayes (4) - Nays (1). Flanagan Moved, Reinecke Seconded that the public hearing on the Edmund E. Jones request for variance to the zoning ordinance be cont- inued to the meeting of October 27, 1961. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Flanagan Hoved, Reinecke Seconded that the public hearing on the John Do Sm:ith Variance at 1244 W.
