There is <br />no provision in the Roseville Civil Defense Plan for the position of <br />Deputy" or Acting Director. Mr. James Lanz, Roseville Civil Defense <br />Director, will be out of state for a period of approximately 2 weeks <br />from tonight. Therefore, I hereby designate Mr. Norbert Eo Venne, <br />2046 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, as Act:ing Civil Defense Director <br />durinG these periods of absence, and that he be given full responsibility <br />and authority to carry out the duties of the Director.
