Shield'3 Noved, Reinecke Seconded, that the contrect between the Village of Hoseville and the firm of Nason, Law, 'ivehrman & Knight, Inc., be approve:i; and that the Hayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the contpct. RothchHd, Inc.., that an area no feet wide along Judith Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Huron Street)l and an area 115 feet wiie along Huron Street from Ju'U th Avenue to County Road C2, and an area no feet wide along County Road C2 from Hamline Avenue to Huron Street, be rezoned from III to 11.2 and that an ordinace be drafted effecting this rezoning; and that the ordinance include a preamble stAting the intent of' the H. & Val J 0 Eothchild Company to petition for v,, cation of Terrace Drive from the west line of Ihron Street to the west end of the 11.2 zoning; and that a cul-de-sac be constructed on the east end of the remairing Terrace Drive.
