The Villa[';e Council met on the above dato vIi th the following merr,bers present: Hayor HcGee, Trustees Flanagan, Goodrich and Heinecke. Goodrich Hoved, Heinecke Seconded, that the Hinutes of the Heeting of January 12, 1962, be approved as amended. Holl Call, Ayes (h) - Nays (0). Time of Reinecke's arrival should be changed from 8:10to 6:0-'2. Heinecke Hoved, Flanagan Seconded, that the Council authorize the Village Attorney to drmv up the necessary ordinance for the rezoning of propert:r located in the northeast corner of the present Har-Har location from B 1 to se. Roll Call, Ayes (L) - Nays (0). Reinecke Hoved, Goodrich Seconded, that the Council Hules of Procedure as set forth be adoptede Holl Call, Ayes (L) - Nays (0). Reinecke Hoved, Flanagan Seconded, that the problem of the Road Planning Comr~ttee and the discussion that the Council has had in that regard be referred to the Planni.ng Commission for stu.dy and recornmendation fror:l the Planning COli1.l1ri.ssion to the Council as to ,vhether the Planning COIi1.l1:lission itself feels that it can handle the road planning problems that arise from time to time, vlhether they '\<lish to form a sub-cormni ttee tr study this on their ol.m or vvhether they v1ish the Council to appoint a Road Planning Cormnittee. Goodrich Hoved, Flanagan Seconded, that the officers indicated on the letter of January S, 1962, frOTIl the Secretary of the Roseville Volunteer Fire Department be approved by the CounciL Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Heinecke Hoved, Flanagan Seconded,? that Hr. James Bell be appointed as the fifth member of the Fioseville Village Conneil. Hall Call, Ayes (2) - Nays (2). Goodrich and NeGee voting nay. Goodrich Hoved, HcGee Seconded, that Gerald L. Kustermann of 1697 N. Chats,^JOrth be appointed to fill the vacated Dosition of trustee for the years 1962 - 1963. Roll Call:; Ayes (3) - Na;rs (1). Reinecke voting nay. Flanagan Eoved, Heino cke ,Seconded tho.t February 19, 1962, be set up as the second meeting in February in place of normal meeting night vvhich v'JGuld be February 12, because li'ebruary 12, is a legal holiday.
