Hr. FOlder objected to the changing of <br />the name from Sumrner to any other proposed street name. He di d not express <br />disagreement with chcmging the suffix from street to avenue. <br /> <br />D. J. Cochrane, 1148 Ruggles, appeared to protest the changing of the name <br />of Ituggles Street; hov.rever, did not object to changing the suffix from street <br />to avenue. <br /> <br />\!illis S.
