VILLAGE OF HOSEVILLE Regular Heeting of the Village Council, Nonday, February 19, 1962. The Village Council met on the above date with the follO\-Jing members present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Flanagan, Goodrich and Kustermann. Absent: Trustee Heinecke. Flanagan Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the Hinutes of the Heeting of February 5, 1962 be approved as corrected. Roll Call, Ayes (Ld - Nays (0). On Page 1, under Construction Haterials it should read: Goodrich Hoved, Heinecke Seconded, that. the bids for road construction materials be opened. Hol} Call, Ayes (5) - N~Q.L:. Flanagan I.'Ioved, Goodrich Seconded, that the bids for remodeling of the Village Hall Council Chambers be opened. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Goodrich Hoved, Kustermann Seconded, that the bids for remodeling of the Council Chambers be closed and referred to the Clerk and the Engineer for tabulation- Holl Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Flanagan Hoved, Goodrich Seconded, that the sideyard setback of six feet be granted to John U. Lux, 3076 Asbury as it would cause undue hardship to force him to comply to the ordinance as the home was built prior to the present zon5_ng ordinance. Hall Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Kustermann Hoved, Goodrich Ciecondod, that the three variances on property owned by Sam Bersky and TeddyvJong be continued until Harch 12, 1962. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Flanagan Hoved, Goodrich Seconded, that the building permit for an addi tion to the Arden Inn Restaurant be granted in accordance vli th plans presented which were identified with the number 1950. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Mayor McGee appointed Mr. Goodrich and Mr. Flanagan as a Council Committee of two with the understanding that they can use all available technical services for the study of problems arising from existing private water franchises, the advisability of issuing further franchises, and the feasibility of the Village takeover of existing water franchises.
