VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the Village Council, Monday March 5, 1962. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Flanagan, Goodrich, Kustermann and Reinecke. Reinecke Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the Minutes of the meeting of February 26, 1962, be accepted as corrected. Flanagan Moved, Reinecke Seconded, that Resolution No. 537 commencing condemnation on Zimmerman Lake drainage easements be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Reinecke Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that Resolution No. 533 relating to apportionment of assessments in Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. I be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Reinecke Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 534 relating to apportionment of assessments in Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Kustermann Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 535'relating to apportionment of assessments in Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 3 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Goodrich Moved, Kustermann Seconded that the Village Attorney be requested to prepare an amendment permitting the sale of ice cream and ice milk on Sunday which is in accordance with the remainder of Ordinance No. 334. Roll Call, Ayes (4) -Nays (1), Reinecke voting nay. Reinecke Moved, Kustermann Seconded that the Village Engineer and the Village Attorney be authorized to meet with Mr. Jim Nordbye of Park Construction to work out the necessary specifications used in the grant- ing of a Special Use Permit for removal of gravel from the general area of Fulham and County Road 82.
