<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Heeting of the Village Council, March 26, 1962. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members <br />present : ~layor McGee, Trus tees r lanagan, Goodrich, Kus termann and <br />Reinecke. <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Flanagan Seconded, that Ordinance No. 364 should be <br />corrected by deleting the word "not" from the first line of the second <br />page of the ordinance; and further that the Clerk be instructed to <br />publish the ordinance as corrected. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays Cl), <br />Reinecke voting nay. <br /> <br />Flanagan ~loved, Kustermann Seconded, that the Minutes be accepted as <br />corrected. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Flanagan Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the Clerk be instructed to <br />open bids on photo-copy machines. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Reinecke Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the bids be closed. Roll <br />Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Reinecke ~.Ioved, Goodrich Seconded, that the bid from the American Photo- <br />copy Machine Company be approved for a net amount of $913.85 for the <br />purchase by the Village of an electric static copying machine. Roll <br />Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Reinecke Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Kroiss Northwood Addition Plat 2 <br />Final Plat, be approved to the withdrawal of Lots 1 and 2 Block 7 and <br />Lots 1 and 2 of Block 8, and that the ~layor and Clerk be authorized to <br />sign the final plat only after it has been determined that the dedication <br />of west half of ~Iarion Avenue south of Owasso Blvd., labeled exception <br />on the plat map has been accomplished. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Kustermann ~loved, Reinecke Seconded, that the Preliminary Plat for the <br />Kroiss Western Slopes Addition be referred to the Planning Commission. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Reinecke ~Ioved, Goodrich Seconded, that the Public Hearing on Anthony G. <br />Indykiewicz rezoning of the property at Highway 8 and Troseth Road <br />from R-l to R-3 be continued until April 9, 1962. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Flanagan Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the Clerk be authorized to <br />send a letter to the Planning Commission requesting clarification on the <br />proposed Indykiewicz rezoning, as to what they intended should be included <br />in the total rezoning.
