Flanagan Moved, Reinecke Seconded, that the Council ratify the appoint- ment of the ~layor in appointing Dr. Amerongen as Health Officer for the year 1962, on the same basis as 1961; and that since it has been determined that in effect the Health Officer has been performing the same functions as the Health Officer normally would since January 1, 1962, he be paid $25.00 a month for the entire year of 1962 as Health Officer. Reinecke Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the Clerk be authorized to place the sewer billing and liquor inventory system on a data processing basis; and that the Vi llage lease a National Cash Register Adding Machine at $68 a month for a period of one year from the National Cash Register Corp.; and that the Village lease an Alpha Punch from the International Business Machines Corporation at $68 per month; and that the Tabulating Service Bureau Corporation run quarterly sewer bills at approximately $125 per quarter; and the Liquor Inventory of approximately $125 per month. Set up charges for ~ewer billing and liquor inventory to be approximately $250 each plus two or three control boards deemed necessary for processing and printing of report at $7.50 each per month. Flanagan Moved, Reinecke Seconded, that the Engineer and the Attorney be authorized to allow Shiely Company to use County Road C for access to the Ralph Reeder School, provided they agree to replace the streets and put them in condition they were prior to their use; and that the Village Engineer and the Village Attorney contact Shiely Company and authorize this permission if they agree to those terms.
