<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of August, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Johnson. <br /> <br />Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8601 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-87-12 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. The proposed assessments for Improvement No. ST-87-12 should be and <br />are hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF <br />PROPERTY <br /> <br />NAME AND ADDRESS <br /> <br />CHANGE MADE <br />ORIGINAL REVISED <br /> <br />14-29-23-33-0042 <br /> <br />Patricia L. Lebens <br />1017 Larpenteur Ave. <br />Roseville, MN <br /> <br />$392.40 <br /> <br />$0.00 <br /> <br />2. It is hereby found and determined by this council that the <br />foregoing amendment is just and equitable to said proposed <br />assessment, and necessary to a fair assessment for payment <br />of the cost of said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog <br /> <br />and the following voted against the ßame: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declªred duly passed and adopted. <br />
