<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, April t, 1962.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Mayor fl.tcGee, Trustees Flanagan, Goodrich, Kustermann and
<br />Reinecke.
<br />
<br />Mayor McGee made the following proclamation:
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Rosevi lIe North Suburban Chapter of SPEBSQSA
<br />has been affiliated with this unique singing society for five
<br />years, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, SPEBSQSA is an organization dedicated to the
<br />enjoyment of the people of North America through songs of service
<br />by building and encouraging close harmony group and the encourage-
<br />ment of harmony among all peoples of the world;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, Richard McGee, Mayor of the Village of
<br />Roseville, do hereby proclaim the week of April 7 to 14, 1962,
<br />as Barbershop Harmony week in Roseville, and extend best wishes
<br />to the Rosevi11e north suburban chapter of SPEBSQSA for continued
<br />success in promoting all forms of harmony in our community.
