The Vi Hage Counei 1 met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor ~1cGee, Trustees Flanagan, Goodrich, Kustermann and Reinecke. Flanagan ~toved, Kustermann Seconded, that the minutes be accepted as corrected. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Goodrich Hoved, Flanagan Seconded, that the bids be opened for curb and gutter bids for Street Improvement No.1. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Reinecke Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the bids on curb and gutter for Street Improvement No. 1 be referred to the Village Engineer for tabulation and he return the results of the tabulation on April 23, 1962. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). .' lanagan Moved, Reinecke Seconded, that the Attorney be authorized to draw up an ordinance rewning the Indykiewicz property from R-l to R-3, with the elimination of the trapezoidal piece in the southeast corner of the area as requested. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0), Flanagan Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the special use permit and zoning variance request for the car wash be denied, Reinecke f\1oved, Kustermann Seconded, that the Rose Building Corporation special use permit and reques t for zoning variance for car wash at Band Snelling be tabled until June 4, 1962; and in the meantime the traffic studies be made on the basis of Target Stores. Roll Call, Ayes (2) - Nays (3) Flanagan, Goodrich and McGee voting nay. Roll Call on original motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (2), Reinecke and Kuster- mann voting nay.
